Quality Guarantee
Our Iboga Queen, Nadia, is very demanding with regard to using only the outer layer of root bark, which has almost all of the alkaloids (this is why our Pygmy brothers and sisters jokingly call her the Queen, because she is so strict about quality). Your bark should taste bitter, which is the taste of alkaloids. This bark is sustainably wild-harvested from very old trees by the Pygmies themselves, so it is likely to be a lot more potent than what you may get from a new farming operation. We also plan to soon have laboratory analyses done to give an idea of the alkaloid profiles of our male and female barks, once we locate a suitable lab.
If you do not get the effects you expected from the bark, please contact us so that we can help you troubleshoot any possible underlying factors at play.
Shipping Guarantee
We label our bark in a way that facilitates the easiest passage.
In the event your package is lost in transit, you can request a free reship, UNLESS it is lost because you gave us the wrong address, in which case we cannot provide any compensation, so please double and triple check your shipping address.
For Retail Quantity Orders:
Smaller quantities of iboga root bark are shipped via USPS with a tracking number that will be provided to you. Packages usually ship within a few days of an order being placed.
For Wholesale Bark Orders:
Our iboga root barks are normally shipped EMS Express from Cameroon, although DHL is another possibility which costs a bit more. One advantage of EMS is that they work with your national post office, so if you are not home to sign for the package, you can pick it up at your local post office, which is often a lot closer than the DHL distribution center.
Some countries are notoriously difficult to ship to, including Russia, Australia, New Zealand, many Asian countries, most of Latin America, and most of Africa. For these countries we cannot offer a free reshipment if customs detains the package. You should do your own research first to ensure you do not live in a country that has either extremely strict customs enforcement or an extremely corrupt or incompetent mail system.
Easier countries to ship to include most of Europe, USA, and Canada. If ordering to one of these easier countries, and the package is nonetheless unluckily held by customs for over one month, we can attempt one reshipment via another carrier to another address, but not to the same address unless you wish to pay again.
Packages usually ship within a day or two of an order being placed.
If we are not reachable, that means we may be away on ceremony, but you should receive a response in under two weeks.
